Service Description

Package starts at $550 for 2 hours party. 75mins art time + 45mins party time (+30mins set up and clean up time) Includes: - ~2000sq ft space (art studio+party room) -75mins private art activity (up to 15 children) : -2 art instructors lead 1-2choices of art activities: painting, mixed media collage, Gelli printmaking, paper marbling , **modeling clay(+$50)**, etc -45mins party time in party room : -Feel free to bring food, drinks and decorations for your party time. -Board games and wii games are available upon request for party time. -10+ guest parkings are available (800 Mauka Plaza, enters from Kinau Street) ----------------- Here are some dates of our availability: (Sundays) 5/28, 6/4, 6/18, 6/25, 7/2, 7/9, 7/23, 7/30, 8/6, 8/13, 8/20, 8/27, 9/3, 9/10, 9/17, 9/24 Time slots: 2:30-5pm or 2:30-6pm 2hours party: $550 + 3% credit card fee 2hours party(+clay): $600 + 3% credit card fee 3 hours party: $680+ 3% credit card fee Email us at info@arttentstudio.com if you have any questions! Cancelation Policy

For classes, 1) No refund once enrollment is confirmed and fees are paid. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another person. 2) In case of sickness, must-attend events or other special circumstances, a make-up lesson could be arranged if a proof document is presented 24 hours prior to the lesson via email (art.tent.class@gmail.com). 3) Each semester (8 sessions course) can schedule ONE make-up lesson only. All make up lessons must be taken within Two Months from the date of absence. For Art camp, tuition is non-refundable and no tuition refunds are made for absences. An administration Fee of USD$20 might be charged for any change of course date or time. For Events, 1) No refund once booking is confirmed. An administration Fee of USD$20 might be charged for any change of events date or time. 2) In case of sickness or other special circumstances, scheduled event can be rescheduled One time. Rescheduling must be made within two months from the date of the cancellation.
