Service Description

Package starts at $550 for 2 hours party. 90mins art time + 30mins party time (+30mins set up and clean up time, the overall time period 2:00pm-5:00pm) Includes: - ~2000sq ft space (art studio+party room) for your private party -10+ guest parkings are available (800 Mauka Plaza, enters from Kinau Street) -90mins private art activity (up to 15 children), 2 art instructors will be leading art activitiy during art time. ---- Please choose a theme for us to design your art activity: 1) Sea creatures, or 2) Animals, or 3) Super Hero/ Character, or 4) Nature, plants and birds, or 5) Landscape, or 6) Space. Choices of the art activity: 1) Watercolor painting (age 6 and up), or 2) Gelli printmaking (age 6 and up), or 3) Paper marbling + drawing (age 8 and up) 4) Mixed media painting (+$50*) (age8 and up), or 5) Modeling clay(+$50) (age 8 and up) ------ -30 mins party time in party room : (Optional to have extra party time up to 1.5hrs with extra fee) - Bring your own cake, food, drinks and decorations for your own party time in the party room. -Free use of our facility. -Tables and Chairs are available. -Board games are available for your group as well. ***Feel free to schedule a studio visit before booking. Email us at art.tent.class@gmail.com . ----------------- Here are some dates of our availability: (Sundays) Jan: 1/28 Feb: 2/4, 2/11, Mar: 3/10, 3/17, 3/24 Apr: 4/7, 4/14, 4/21, 4/28 May: 5/5, 5/12, 5/19, 5/26 Time slots: 1) 2:30-4:30pm (2-5pm over all time , 2hours party) or 2) 2:30-5:30pm (2-6pm over all time, 3hours party) 2hours party: $550 + 3% credit card fee 2hours party(+modeling clay): $600 + 3% credit card fee 3 hours party: $680+ 3% credit card fee 3 hours party(+modeling clay): $730+ 3% credit card fee **$300 deposit is required to secure the date and space for the party. Cancellation Policy

For classes, 1) No refund once enrollment is confirmed and fees are paid. 2) In case of sickness, must-attend events or other special circumstances, a make-up lesson could be arranged if a proof document is presented 24 hours prior to the lesson via email (art.tent.class@gmail.com). Each semester can schedule ONE make-up lesson only. All make up lessons must be taken within Two Months from the date of absence. For Events/Party, 1) No refund once booking is confirmed. An administration Fee of USD$100 might be charged for any change of events date or time. 2) In case of sickness or other special circumstances, scheduled event can be rescheduled One time. Rescheduling must be made within two months from the date of the cancellation.
