Service Description

8/7-8/11 | 5days art camp Grade.1-5 | 8:30am-2pm $430 for 1 week camp **sign up 2weeks get 5% , Sign up 3 weeks 10%off. Email for details. Art camp Program: Drawing, painting, sculpture, art&tech, STEM exploration and more creative projects. Tuition is non-refundable. no tuition refunds are made for absences. **Optional extend day (Open studio) 2pm-5pm with extra cost: $100 for 5 days M-F 2pm-5pm. Open studio= 3 art stations per day for young artists to explore and develop skills, included pencil drawing, watercolor painting, modeling clay, stop motion animation, lego building, printmaking, fiber art, digital painting, block coding, etc. What should the students bring to the Art Camp? -home lunch -water bottle -jacket -snacks -Clothing that can get messy Please note: 1) There is no water fountain on site. 2) Art Materials are included in the tuition. 3) Lunch can be order from Bo's Kitchen and they will able to deliver to our studio for your keiki (Lunch time at 11:30am). Please contact them if you are interested in their service. Thank you Drop off Time: 8:20am-8:30am on Beretania Street side (See Map on Location page) Pickup Time: 2pm-2:10 pm (same place of drop off location) If you sign up for 2-5pm open studio, please pick up in studio at 5pm. Please do not park in the Kinau side parking lot. * Guest parkings are available on the weekend only. Thank you for supporting your child's arts education! --- For course cancellations: -On or Before 4/30 - $50 cancellation fee per course -After 4/30- prior to start date - 50% tuition fee can be use for future course credit (expired 12/31/2023) -No refund after Course State Date.

Cancelation Policy

For classes, 1) No refund once enrollment is confirmed and fees are paid. Fees paid cannot be transferred to another person. 2) In case of sickness, must-attend events or other special circumstances, a make-up lesson could be arranged if a proof document is presented 24 hours prior to the lesson via email (art.tent.class@gmail.com). 3) Each semester (8 sessions course) can schedule ONE make-up lesson only. All make up lessons must be taken within Two Months from the date of absence. For Art camp, tuition is non-refundable and no tuition refunds are made for absences. An administration Fee of USD$20 might be charged for any change of course date or time. For Events, 1) No refund once booking is confirmed. An administration Fee of USD$20 might be charged for any change of events date or time. 2) In case of sickness or other special circumstances, scheduled event can be rescheduled One time. Rescheduling must be made within two months from the date of the cancellation.
