Service Description

**This is a private camp for Traci's Group** Gr.1-Gr.4 | 8:30am-2pm 4/22, Monday, 5.5hours Fee: $86 Our art camp is perfect for young artists who love drawing, painting, sculpture, art & tech STEM exploration, and much more. Our teacher-student ratio is 1:6. We ensuring that each child gets the attention they need to explore their artistic potential. Don't miss out on this opportunity to make memories and create masterpieces with Art Tent Studio. What should the students bring to the Art Camp? -Home lunch -Water bottle -Snacks -Jacket -Please wear clothing that don't mind to get messy. **Please note that , 1) there is no water fountain on site, so please bring a water bottle. 2) To encourage social interaction and a break from screens, we'll have board games, card games, and art supply stations during recess time. Please leave electronics at home. 3) Lunch can be ordered for your child from Bo's Kitchen - please contact them directly at (808) 367-7283. Please let them know our lunch break at 11:30am and have them to deliver to our studio. Thank you! 4) After-camp care, 2-5pm, is available for $20 extra. (Please mention in the note in registration form and Venmo the fee to @Art-Tent) After-camp care will be open studio style, students can explore different art medium during the 3hours. Parents will come in to the studio for students pick up at 5pm. Drop Off and Pick up: Drop off your child from 8:20-8:30am on Beretania Street side waiting area(Across HPD headquarters, in front of Bo's Kitchen) . Pick up at 2pm-2:15pm at the same location. **Please note that upper lot parking (Kinau Side) is crowded on Monday. That's the reason we do drop off and pick up on Beretania Side. Cancellation Policy

For classes, 1) No refund once enrollment is confirmed and fees are paid. 2) In case of sickness, must-attend events or other special circumstances, a make-up lesson could be arranged if a proof document is presented 24 hours prior to the lesson via email ( Each semester can schedule ONE make-up lesson only. All make up lessons must be taken within Two Months from the date of absence. For Events/Party, 1) No refund once booking is confirmed. An administration Fee of USD$100 might be charged for any change of events date or time. 2) In case of sickness or other special circumstances, scheduled event can be rescheduled One time. Rescheduling must be made within two months from the date of the cancellation.
