Service Description

Winter camp Mar 25-29 | 5 days art camp Grade 1-5 | 8:30am-2pm With Ms.Holly & Ms.Kun Theme : Ocean Advantures Fee: $430 for 5 days camp Tuition is non-refundable. and No tuition refunds are made for absences. Join us at Art Tent Studio for our Winter Camp from March 25-29 ! This week-long program is perfect for young artists who love drawing, painting, sculpture, stop motion animation exploration, and much more. Each session is limited to no more than 18 students, ensuring that each child gets the attention they need to explore their artistic potential. Don't miss out on this opportunity to make memories and create masterpieces with Art Tent Studio. What should the students bring to the Art Camp? -Home lunch -Water bottle -Snacks -Jacket -Please wear clothing that don't mind to get messy. **Please note that 1) there is no water fountain on site, so please bring a water bottle. 2) To encourage social interaction and a break from screens, we'll have board games, card games, and art supply stations during recess time. Please leave electronics at home. 3) Lunch can be ordered for your child from Bo's Kitchen - please contact them directly at (808) 367-7283. Please let them know our lunch break at 11:30am and have them to deliver to our studio. Thank you! 4) After-camp care, 2-5pm, is available for $100 extra (Please make the note in the registration form and Venmo the fee to @art-tent) It will be open studio style, students can explore different art mediums during the 3hours. Parents will come in to the studio for students pick up at 5pm. Drop Off and Pick up: Drop off your child from 8:20-8:30am on Beretania Street side waiting area(Across HPD headquarters) and pick up at 2pm-2:15pm at the same location. Please note that parking is not available in the Kinau side parking lot. Stay tuned for more class information via email two weeks before camp starts. Cancellation Policy

For classes, 1) No refund once enrollment is confirmed and fees are paid. 2) In case of sickness, must-attend events or other special circumstances, a make-up lesson could be arranged if a proof document is presented 24 hours prior to the lesson via email (art.tent.class@gmail.com). Each semester can schedule ONE make-up lesson only. All make up lessons must be taken within Two Months from the date of absence. For Events/Party, 1) No refund once booking is confirmed. An administration Fee of USD$100 might be charged for any change of events date or time. 2) In case of sickness or other special circumstances, scheduled event can be rescheduled One time. Rescheduling must be made within two months from the date of the cancellation.
